JOYFUL BLESSINGS 05

Loved, chosen, adopted. You friend, and me. God's plan from the start was always rescue; always bringing us into His family through Jesus. Unmerited grace writes up the paperwork. The Holy Spirit seals it securely. What's more? God wanted it to be so. He did not have to choose us, but He absolutely does. And with pleasure! We have so much to make a joyful noise about in Him!

"Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy without fault in His eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and it gave Him great pleasure." Ephesians 1:4-5

Dear God, Thank You for choosing me. In this Advent season I am ever grateful for the gift of Jesus that brought me into Your family. By the Holy Spirit, You are always working on our behalf, for Your glory and our good. Help me to share Your joyful pursuit of us with others. Lead lost people to find You this Christmas I pray. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
