JOYFUL BLESSINGS 02

Just like joy, light is not limited to circumstance. It comes from a greater source. Our joy and light is Jesus! He lights up our darkness, shining out into a world desperately in need of true, unending, pure, light. Where there is light, there is hope. And for that, we have much cause for joy.

"The people who walk in darkness will see a great light. For those who live in a land of deep darkness, a light will shine." Isaiah 9:2

Dear Lord,

This verse sparks awe today - awe of You in every way. These words point to our Savior King; the true Light shining out in a dark world. May this same Light shine out here and now. May I be a lantern, letting Your light glow. Let Your light carry on throughout this season and into the new year. Where Your light is, there is hope! May it be so. In Your Name, Jesus, Amen.

Dear Jesus, You turn darkness into light brighter than the sun. I pray Your light will shine in my heart for all to see today and everyday. You love us in every way! Amen.
